Juwel Schraubtechnik was born from the dream of Ernst Berger — a man who started with nothing but determination, vision, and an uncompromising belief in quality.
Together with his sons, Jochen and Siegfried, Ernst Berger founded the company and laid the foundation for what would become a respected name in screwdriving technology around the world. From the very beginning, his goal was clear: to create products that truly serve the user — reliable, precise, durable, and built for daily professional use.
Over more than 40 years, this vision grew into an international company known and valued far beyond its origins. What began as a family’s dream became a trusted partner for customers worldwide.

Fabian Berger represents the third generation of JUWEL. Even after more than 45 years, JUWEL remains committed to manufacturing in Germany.
Thanks to constant dialogue with our customers in the field of heat transfer, JUWEL is the perfect tool for maintaining plate heat exchangers.
Thanks to an international dealer and service network managed from Germany, JUWEL has a global presence. Customers benefit from outstanding quality and fast service.
At a time of disrupted supply chains and procurement crises, JUWEL remains a constant: the focus on in-house manufacturing has paid off for both JUWEL and its customers.
2000 - 2022
Development into a global player
Sales figures have continued to grow steadily. JUWEL maintains ongoing partnerships with major automotive manufacturers, wind energy companies and heat transfer groups.

1980 - 1999
Foundation
JUWEL-Schraubtechnik was founded by Ernst Berger and his sons Siegfried and Jochen. The first milling work and activities relating to planetary gearboxes were carried out in a rented garage.
Initially, JUWEL worked mainly with regional customers. In the 1990s, we began attending more and more trade fairs. JUWEL also began to gain prominence within Europe
