Since 1980, JUWEL has manufactured its equipment in-house, using its own machinery and production facilities. This long-standing commitment to in-house manufacturing gives us full control over quality, precision and consistency throughout the entire production process.
In addition to developing and manufacturing torque tools, JUWEL operated as a CNC contract manufacturer for the automotive industry for more than 30 years. Working for this demanding industry required strict compliance with tight tolerances, repeatable quality standards and highly controlled production processes. This experience has shaped the way we manufacture our products to this day.
Today, our customers benefit directly from this expertise, our modern machinery and the extensive knowledge of our experienced employees. Housings, bushings, reaction arms and many other key components are manufactured on our own machines and inspected according to our internal quality standards.Producing critical components in-house offers several important advantages.
We are able to maintain consistent quality, react quickly to technical requirements and continuously improve our products based on practical experience. At the same time, we are less dependent on external suppliers and can respond more flexibly when spare parts, special components or product modifications are required.Another major advantage is our deep understanding of every component we manufacture.

JUWEL does not simply assemble service tools from purchased components.
